Vitamin B12

I suggest to eat 2-3 portions of fish per week to avoid a lack of vitamin B12 (see the attached tables, e.g. trout, salmon, …) and test with your doctor your blood values! An other big source is yeast.

 «5 a day»

The Swiss Cancer League supports the «5 a Day» campaign because of its important contribution to public health, and because it can help reduce cancer rates.

«5 a Day» recommends that five servings of vegetables and fruits are eaten daily. Vegetables and fruits taste good and make you fit. «5 a Day» promotes health in many countries. The campaign in Switzerland is supported by the Swiss Cancer League.
